When does Belizean Queen Freight ship?
We ship twice per month from Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami and WEEKLY from HOUSTON. We have monthly shipments from Chicago, Waukegan, New York, New Jersey and surrounding cities, with more frequent shipments at the end of the year to accommodate the holiday season. Please take a look at our shipping schedule.
Does Belizean Queen Freight deliver to my door?
Yes! We offer a Door to Door service. Freight is picked up in the US from addresses within a 20 mile radius of the cities we service and delivered to the receiver's address in Belize, at an all inclusive cost. We also ship to the islands; the Belize City to Island fee is the responsibility of the receiver. Island shipping carriers/costs vary, but we do accommodate your preferred choice of shipment.

Our minimum starts at $30Usd, a box approximately 14 inches cubed. It goes up from there. We’re happy to quote charges if you provide dimensions (length, width and height) of your box/container along with description of contents. If you’re sending phones/computers/tablets, office equipment, electronics or appliances, these are priced per item size & value for declaration and duty clearance. Consolidation of smaller items (for ex. amazon packages) is automatically accommodated as a courtesy. You are only charged for the box(es) that you fill up - for shipping. There is no receiving/packing fee. A handling fee will apply for pallets in excess of 500lbs.
WE START SEALING BOXES THE FRIDAY BEFORE EACH SHIPMENT. Our cut off is every Thursday.

This is a business, so indicate delivery during normal business hours, daily: 9am to 6pm. We are not responsible for delivery errors made by amazon, ups, usps, dhl, FedEx, etc. We will upload a picture of package(s) with corresponding tracking to your app, once received; it is your responsibility to track your own packages and check our app once deliveries are made. Due to the high volume of packages received daily, we do not confirm receipt via text/WhatsApp/phone or email. Confirmation pictures are posted to your profile (in the respective shipment folder) within 2 days of receipt; your invoices are processed and posted within 2 days of each shipment date. Payment is due promptly at this time.
We cover delivery to your door (inland customers) for most small personal effects & some personal groceries. We do not cover upliftments made by GOB. These may be levied on high valued items or on items deemed for resale/commercial purposes. Personal non-industrial appliances and personal furnitures may require certain permits and extra fees. Kindly ask for details. For all commercial items, office supplies, bulk orders, commercial inventory/supplies, high valued personal or non-personal items, etc., you are responsible for GOB assessed duties. If you live on the islands, you are responsible for an additional fee to ship goods to your final destination.
**We typically take up to two weeks to dock from ship date. Some shipments run a bit early. Updates & delivery schedules for each shipment can be found on our FB Business page.**
